WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders within the Edmonton area are processed and delivered within 24 hours of it being placed. Orders for selective items may arrive within 48-72 hours. For orders outside of the Edmonton area will be shipped and delivered through Canada Post and usually take from 1-5 business days to arrive. All orders outside the Edmonton area are done using Canada Post. Canada Post rates are stated and applied at the checkout for all orders outside the Edmonton area.

HOW IS THE ORDER SHIPPED?
Our courier service is Pull-Thru Logistics for our local delivery. Orders outside the Edmonton Area are done using Canada Post. If you have a PO box or are in a remote area outside our delivery range we use Canada Post. PO Box orders cannot be expedited.

RETURNS
We hope you love your products as much as we do! If you don't, please let us know! Email us at support@shoplistics.com and let us know the issue. We will find a solution! Because of the intimate nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with a product, let us know and we will see what can be worked out with the vendor.

All orders placed with coupon codes or discounts, or gift sets are final sale.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery, you will be refunded minus the shipping costs (original and return shipping).
